Rubber Moulding Facility
IRM’s rubber moulding facility is equipped with high-capacity hydraulic presses capable of moulding single-piece rubber components up to 20 tons. This enables the production of:
- Marine Rubber Fenders – Cone Fenders, Pneumatic Fenders, Cylindrical Fenders, Cell Fenders, Arch Fenders, Leg Fenders, Element Fenders, Tugboat Fenders
- Offshore Wind and Oil & Gas Components – Grout Seals, Grout Packers, Leg Mating Units, etc.
- Platform Protection Solutions - Shear Fenders, Boat Landing Fenders, Rotating Rubber Rings, Jacket Rub Strips, etc.
- Elastomeric Shock Pads for - Offshore platforms, subsea applications & Jack-up rigs
- Surge & Sway Fenders for - FPSO, FLNG, & Offshore Structures
The facility’s rubber mixing and calendaring machines are designed to support future expansion and global demand.
Fabrication Facility – Precision Engineering for Marine & Offshore
With an annual fabrication capacity of 14,400 tons, IRM’s in-house fabrication facility manufactures:
- Fender system components - Frontal Frames, Anchor Sleeves, Cushion Links, and Metal Cans, Chains, Fender Fixing Components etc.
- Port infrastructure components – CS/CI Bollards, Ladders, Capstans, Quick Release Hooks (QRHM), and Cradles, etc.
- Heavy fabricated products for Offshore Wind & Oil & Gas - Jacket Pile Grippers, Jacket levelling Grippers, Pin-Pile Grippers, Barge Bumpers, Shock Cells, Leg Mating Units, Stabbing Cones, and Deck Support Units, etc.
