Mr. Surendra Bhai Soni is the founder chairman of IRM GROUP, a company founded in 1964. A visionary leader in transforming IRM to a desired future state, Mr. Surendrabhai Soni had single-handedly steered IRM in becoming one of the leading manufacturers of Rubber Engineering Products in India.

His signature style is much evident in the management processes at IRM today, such as open culture, innovations, continuous improvement, speedy response, empowerment, and enjoying one’s job – are all hallmarks of IRM culture.

A civil engineer by qualification and a rubber technologist by profession, the founding Chairman of IRM was an authority in his chosen field of rubber engineering. With a natural flair for design, research, and development coupled with excellent technical know-how, his path-breaking & innovative designs won him many accolades from the port and harbor authorities across the globe. His inspiring leadership and unwavering commitment to the industry has been the very foundation of IRM.
