“DIPTI” DC series Cell Fenders are best employed for smallest to biggest vessels where reaction force is an important criteria.
The extreme contoured design gives it sturdiness, shear resistance, compact structure and the capacity to absorb energy equally from all directions. The cylindrical buckling column absorbs axial loads effectively and buckles radially which results in multi directional dispersion of energy.
These fenders are equipped with frontal frames with low friction fascia pads to reduce the shear force as well as the hull pressure. Multiple installations with frontal frame are feasible to reduce the height of the fender and to accommodate the smallest and biggest vessels at sites with high tidal variations.
The excellent engineering property of the rubber compound used for manufacturing these fenders ensures long life and reliability even though they are subjected to extreme loads.
"DIPTI" Cell type “DC” series fenders are manufactured by compression moulding process at very high load unlike conventional lining and vulcanizing process which gives superior properties to the rubber and ensures zero porosity molding and trouble free long life. |
