"DIPTI” DA series Arch Fenders were introduced to improve upon the performance of cylindrical fenders. “DIPTI” Arch Fenders have a better energy/reaction force ratio and are recommended for all types of applications. The “V” shape of these fenders help to disperse stress evenly.
These fenders are manufactured by compression molding under very high load in single piece, with steel insert plates encapsulated in the legs to fit them to wharf/jetty structure.
These fenders have a very good shear resistance and do not require tension and shear chains even when they are equipped with frontal pads. The unique rubber compound developed for these fenders have excellent resistance to U V rays ozone aging, sea water and extreme climatic conditions from very low ambient temperature to very high temperatures prevailing in berthing locations across the globe. |
