“DIPTI” boat fenders are manufactured by compression molding process at very high load of 1000 tons, which results in zero porosity & bubble free molding of fenders. “DIPTI” fenders are manufactured from different types of rubber compounds according to the requirements. These compounds are made of purest form of natural rubber which have excellent strength and from high abrasion resistant synthetic rubbers like Neoprene, SBR, EPDM, Butyl and Polyurethane which have exceptional resistance to sea water. These compounds are especially blend to improve fender performance and to work under extreme wear and tear conditions. |
