A civil engineer by qualification and a rubber technologist by profession, the founding Chairman of IRM was an authority in his chosen field of rubber engineering. With a natural flair for design, research and development coupled with excellent technical know-how, his path-breaking & innovative designs won him many accolades from the port and harbor authorities across the globe. His inspiring leadership and unwavering commitment to the industry has been the very foundation of IRM. |

Mr. Nishith Soni - Managing Director
Instrumental in chartering the growth of the company in the 1990s, Mr. Nishith Soni successfully spearheaded IRM’s international marketing efforts while positioning the company as a market leader domestically. His areas of expertise include enterprise resource planning, project co-ordination and strategic management. He was promoted as Joint Managing Director in January 2005 and is the Managing Director since January 2009. |

Mr. Swapnil Soni - Executive Director
A trained polymer engineer, Mr. Swapnil Soni has more than a decade of experience in manufacturing rubber engineering products. Responsible for day-to-day operations of the production plant, he leads a team of experienced managers and engineers at the production plant. He has been appointed Executive Director since 2005. |

Ms. Trupti Soni - Executive Director
A post-graduate from University of London her forte is financial management, human resource development, Quality Systems, corporate communication and public relations. With more than fifteen years of experience within the organization, she is instrumental in formulating the HR policies and administrative procedures. She has been appointed Executive Director since 2005. |

Mr. Sony Thomas - Vice President (Marketing & Operations)
A mechanical engineer as well as an MBA in Marketing, he joined IRM as a marketing manager in 1997. Establishing a sound base for the company among all major ports, EPC companies, & consultants he is now responsible for all technical and operational matters. Since 2004, he is the Vice-President and Head - Marketing & Operations. |

Mr. J. B. Soni - Director
A mechanical engineer with more than twenty five years of experience in marine engineering, he has bagged various prestigious government contracts for the company from the defense and port sectors. He has successfully carried out various projects of civil construction, erection and fabrication of mechanical equipments/structures, and rehabilitation of wharfs & jetties. He is associated with the company since last twenty years and has been appointed Director in April 2005. |
