“DIPTI” Pile Grippers are unique and marvelous engineering invention for the protection of offshore Jackets after driving pile through them, leveling of Jackets and to prevent any movement during grouting.

At mid-sea waves and storm forces cause relative movements of Jacket with piles. This may damage pile foundation severely. Hence to restrict such relative or rotational movement of Jacket, Pile Grippers fitted on jackets are actuated hydraulically / pneumatically to hold Pile firmly and prevent any relative movement.

"DIPTI" Pile Grippers are also used to level jackets before grouting and are very essential to stop slightest displacement of jacket during the setting time of grout materials. All our Pile Grippers are tested for Load test

“DIPTI” Pile Grippers are available for 42” to 96” pile size. We also supply Hydraulic Power pack units with all controls for the actuation of Grippers.
