“DIPTI” DR series Roller Fenders are the right choice to protect your Structures while moving Vessel is touching to dock wall / entrance channel or Vessel coming for dry docking. These Fenders are extremely robust and could absorb large impacts without deformation and guide floating Vessels / Barges without damaging the structure.

These Fenders are resistant to wear and tear more so, by the virtue of its capability to rotate in the direction of the Vessels and move inside of housing in the direction of impact because of the Special spring type design. By its rotating motion it neutralizes a large amount of the shear force and because of its special spring type design reduces impact energy.

These Fenders are also recommended for narrow entries, exits, corners etc. These Fenders can be installed vertically to accommodate rolling and pitching of Vessels during loading and unloading of cargo. These are the Fenders, which can adequately cope up with lateral / grazing loading when the Vessels move parallel to the Wharf. In case of this modified version, since the Roller is capable of horizontal movement, it can absorb the impact more smoothly vis a vis the fixed type Roller Fenders.

These are manufactured using special technology for a uniform deflection of the Rollers at its circumference and a smooth movement (Rotation) in the direction the force and ensure a safe passage to the Vessels without damaging the structures.
