The very geometrical shape gives it sturdiness, shear resistance, compact Structure and the capacity to absorb energy equally from all directions. The Cylindrical buckling column absorbs axial loads effectively and buckles radially. This results in multi directional dispersion of energy.
These fenders are equipped with Frontal Frames with low friction facia Pads to reduce the shear force as well as the hull pressure. Multiple installations with Frontal Frame are feasible to reduce height of Fender and to accommodate smallest and biggest Vessels at high tidal variation site. These Fenders find extensive application for a variety of Vessels and Berthing Structures.
The excellent mechanical property of the rubber compound used for manufacturing these Fenders ensures long life and reliability even though they are subjected to extreme loads.
