“DIPTI” DW series W type Fenders are an improvised version of the Arch and Flat Top Arch Fenders. These Fenders are having more deflection and better Energy / Reaction ratio in comparison to both Cylindrical, Arch & Flat Top Arch Fenders. Because of wide Fender face, the Hull Pressure is also relatively low as compared to both Arch and Flat Top Arch Fenders.

These types of Fenders can be easily installed and they are maintenance free. A wide range is available for different Vessels. These Fenders are moulded under very high load in single piece encapsulating the steel plates in the base of the Fender legs for fitment to the Wharf. This Fender has got long life in a very severe duty conditions.

All types of big Vessels can be berthed on these fenders due to its better resilience and higher deflection. Our DW type Fenders can be fitted to any type of Berthing Structures with ease. These Fenders can also be supplied with Anti Friction and Anti sparking UHMW Facia Pads to increase Fender life.

The excellent mechanical properties of rubber coupled with very good resistance towards sea water, ozone aging and Ultra Violet rays makes it a preferred Fender for most applications and for a wide variety of vessels too.
