“DIPTI” DYA series Arch Fender are an innovative modified version of other solid Fenders like Arch & W type Fenders. Wharft side of Dyna Arch fenders are fully reinforced with steel plate, which transfer berthing loads on more area. Thus reduce pressure on Jetty wall. These fenders are more preferred where the dock or jetty walls are weaker.
These Fenders can be equipped with low friction rubbing board to reduce friction and Frontal Frame to enhance coverage. Generally used in small Harbours & Jetties and ensures long life and performance. The geometry and property allows the DYA series Fenders to deflect more resulting into a better energy absorption and reaction force ratio as compared to DA type Arch Fenders.
These Fenders are very easy to install and are maintenance free and offers a long trouble free service life. These Fenders are generally used for small to medium range Vessels.
These Fenders are also manufactured from specialized rubber compound having excellent resilience which gives excellent U.V resistance property, resistance to ozone aging, resistance to sea water. This added feature helps Fenders to perform well under extreme climate conditions from very low ambient temperature to very high ambient temperatures prevailing in Global berthing locations.
"DIPTI" DAY series Arch Fenders are available in wide range from 150mm height to 1000mm height in different lengths up to 8 meter single piece as per customers requirements. |
